I am off to a conference at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, the conference runs from the 19th to the 23rd of October, so from the 26th of September we will either be travelling to South Africa (ZA) or wending our way through the cities, countryside and towns.
Deidre has done most of the organising for this trip she trawled the internet, read the blogs and compared everything. Our trip will take us from Dunedin to Perth then on to ZA, while there we will;
- Safari in Kruger National Park
- Spend time in Pretoria and Jo'burg
- Take the train from Jo'burg to Capetown
- Spend time in Capetown (Table Mountain, Shark Alley, Robben Island etc)
- Travel up the Garden route through Stellanbosch, Mossel Bay, Knysna, Addo and finally to Grahamstown
I will try an post every 2 - 4 days and I'll try even harder to make it interesting and include lots of photos.
